Why does the model look faceted in 3D software?
STL models are made of polygons, so curves appear segmented. Increase the bend radius or model precision and export again, or smooth/subdivide the mesh in your slicer or modeling software.
Generate parametric printable STL models from dimensions, with rounded rectangles, sectors, cylinders, and pipes, plus live 3D printing preview

Choose Rounded rectangle, enter the width, height, thickness, and four corner radii, preview it on the right, then click Download STL to get a printable rounded plate.
Choose Sector and enter the outer radius, inner radius, and angle. An inner radius of 0 creates a solid sector; a larger value creates a sector with a center hole, suitable for signs, guards, and custom parts.
Choose Cylinder pipe and set the outer radius, inner radius, and thickness. An inner radius of 0 creates a solid cylinder; a larger value creates a hollow tube.
Choose Square pipe and set the outer and inner side lengths. The tool creates a hollow square tube or solid block for frames, rails, and connectors.
Choose Bent pipe, then set the outer radius, inner radius, and bend radius. The tool creates a 90° elbow STL for pipes, cable channels, and corner connectors.
If dimensions exceed the geometry limits, the tool scales them to keep the model valid. Reduce the outer size, increase the thickness, or check the status message and adjust again.
The exported STL is a plain mesh and its parameters cannot be edited directly. Import it into CAD or modeling software and convert it to an editable solid.
